Data minimisation
This portal does not use advertising cookies, behavioural analytics, tracking pixels or third-party sign-in services. Authentication information is used only for access control and is not used for marketing or profiling.
Technical data
Network providers may process limited technical information such as an IP address, request time and response code to deliver and protect the service. Security records, when required, are retained only for as long as necessary and normally no longer than 30 days.
Legal basis and sharing
Technical processing is based on the legitimate interest of operating and securing a restricted business service. Data is not sold. It may be handled by infrastructure providers solely to deliver the service or where required by law.
